Work life visits connect young people and your organisation

Young people wish for labour market contacts to be a part of their studies. Work life visits are opportunities for company or organisation representatives to act as an example and role model and to demonstrate different occupational opportunities for young people. These visits provide young people with perspectives on work assignments and vocational fields that they might be unaware of.

Organisations can benefit from visits by getting to know future workers, raising awareness of their field and by gaining fresh perspectives e.g. for developing operations. Your organisation gets to share what kind of unique competencies, skills and strengths your business or organisation needs. Our partners also get access to an employer card on the online platform, by which they can showcase their operations.

Your organisation decides how many on-site or online upper secondary school visits are possible, and on which terms.
